***If you pay an amount that differs from your contract payment amount, GSAC does not guarantee the collection status of your account.  Example:  if the payment is less than your contracted payment, you may still be in violation of your contract and your account may be subject to any and all collection efforts to cure the account or retake collateral. 
 
**** If you are making a payment after business hours and your account is past due, GSAC does not guarantee the collection status of your account.  You may be in violation of your contract and your account may be subject to any and all collection efforts to cure the account or retake collateral.

GSAC secures the personal information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number or personal data) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.  GSAC does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to other third party companies.
